Congratulations to National Health Mission and Government of Kerala. The state has established an exemplary model In prevention, detection, treatment and management of congenital anomalies, especially congenital heart disease, among children. This would prevent death of hundreds of infants in the state every year and further reduce the infant mortality rate. Death of an infant is the biggest tragedy in a family. Therefore, saving that precious life through this initiative is a noble mission.
